Omaha's award-winning brand strategy and design firm Daake has acquired local agency, Webster Design. In doing so, the firm doubles down on its focus of delivering specialized brand strategy and design services.

"We believe in creating things that make an impact. Things that influence people, and that really matter. Adding Webster's team helps us do that - in a big way," says company Principal, Greg Daake. "The Webster team will add another level of knowledge and creativity to the work we're already doing, and together, we'll be able to offer clients a true superpower in terms of brand thinking and design."

Opening its doors in 2001, Daake has grown to become the region's expert in rebranding and design, helping leaders signal change in B2B, healthcare, education, technology, retail and several other industries. It uses an innovative and thorough process for guiding organizations through a full range of unique branding elements such as identity, print, web, motion, spaces and advertising. Most recently, Daake expanded to a 10,500 square foot space with the capacity to grow to 40 team members. Bringing over members of the Webster team will grow Daake to 13 professionals ranging from designers to digital experts to strategists.

Industry thought-leader, Dave Webster, established Webster Design in 1982 and has grown the company to include expertise in all facets of marketing, including brand strategy and design. Webster Design's client roster includes Boston Properties, Conagra Brands, Immanuel, Green Plains and DTN. Similarly to Daake, Webster Design has made a niche for itself in strengthening brands through meaningful strategy and execution across branding elements such as environments, identity and advertising. Both Greg Daake and Dave Webster recognized an opportunity to join forces in order to provide clients the highest level of brand thinking, design and expertise.

"I've admired Greg Daake for many years - we share the same values and believe the work we do has the power to add tangible value for our clients' business. Webster was built on talent, teamwork and long-term relationships with clients, collaborators and even competitors. Many of our relationships go back thirty years - some are still clients, and many have become close friends along the way. Joining forces with the Daake team means continuity for our clients and those long-cherished relationships will continue long into the future."

"The addition of the Webster team will only enhance the transformative work we do for our clients," stated Daake. "Brand is the connection between a business leader's intentions and the consumer. The people at Webster share that belief and our coming together will spark much bigger things not only for our clients, but the industry, too."
